Boulder County’s (USA) Food and Agriculture Policy Council says no to GE sugar beets

Boulder County’s Food and Agriculture Policy Council [...] after seven hours of public testimony and deliberation [...] recommends against allowing genetically modified sugar beets to be grown on open space land.
