Argentina: Court Rules Monsanto Construction is Unconstitutional in Malvinas
Excellent news from Malvinas Argentina! The Chamber of Labor has issued a court ruling today upholding an injunction that was filed in September 2012 by Malvinas Lucha por la Vida effectively paralyzing construction on the new Monsanto plant.
